Commercial siding and trim, installed to the spec

Fiber cement, vinyl, engineered wood and metal panel on multifamily and light commercial buildings across New England.

Multifamily building with new siding by 4Ever crews

Cladding is the layer everyone sees, and it fails first when the wall behind it is wrong. We install siding over the air barrier and furring we put up ourselves, so the drainage plane runs unbroken from the plywood to the last course.

Siding is priced by the square and trim by the linear foot, matched to your drawings. Quantity changes bill at the same unit cost.

What's in our scope

  • Fiber cement lap in 4 inch and 8 inch reveal
  • Fiber cement shingle and panel
  • Vinyl lap and vertical siding
  • Engineered wood lap and panel
  • Metal and aluminum panel
  • Aluminum-wrapped fascia with vinyl soffit
  • Corner boards, band boards and window trim

How we install it

  • Manufacturer fastening schedule and clearances followed
  • PT furring strips for a ventilated drainage cavity
  • Flashing at every opening, band and transition
  • Starter and head flashing before the first course
  • Substrate photographed before it gets covered

Questions GCs ask

Do you install siding over another sub's air barrier?

We can, but we prefer to own the barrier too. When we install both, one crew answers for the drainage plane. If another trade installs it, we walk it and flag problems to your super before we cover it.

Which fiber cement do you install?

The product in your spec. Put the manufacturer and profile on the drawings and we price that exact system.

How do you price commercial siding?

By the square for siding and by the linear foot for trim, broken out by elevation or building when you need it. Quantity variance bills at the same unit cost.
