What you send us
When you request an estimate we receive your name, phone number, email, the service you picked and anything else you type into the form. Job applications include the role, experience, availability and town you enter.
What we collect automatically
Like most sites, ours records basic technical data such as pages visited, the referring ad or search, device type and approximate location from your IP address. With your consent, advertising and analytics cookies help us see which ads lead to calls and estimate requests.
How we use it
We use your details to contact you about your project, schedule estimates, prepare proposals and run the job. We use application details only to evaluate you for work. We use aggregated site data to improve the site and decide where to advertise.
Who sees it
Your information is seen by our office team and the service providers that run this site, our forms and our advertising measurement. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it with other contractors.
Your choices
You can decline advertising cookies in the banner at the bottom of the page, and change your mind by clearing your browser's storage for this site. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information you sent by writing to [email protected].
Keeping it safe
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection and are stored with access limited to people who need them. No system is perfect, so please don't send payment card numbers or passwords through the forms.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
