Workmanship vs. material
Our warranty covers how we installed it: fastening, flashing, clearances, seams, trim. The manufacturer covers the product itself, like a panel that cracks from a defect or a shingle that fails early. Those manufacturer warranties pass directly to you, and we hand over the paperwork at the final walkthrough.

Insurance
We're fully licensed and insured, with General Liability and Workers' Compensation in force. Want a certificate of insurance before we start? Ask and we'll send it.
