Building in progress with siding going on

Send the drawings and your bid due date. We do the takeoff from the plans, walk the site when it changes the number and send back unit pricing you can check against your own takeoff.

What to send us

  • Architectural drawings and wall sections
  • Specs for the envelope divisions
  • Product submittals, if you have them
  • Schedule and phasing
  • Bid due date and your bid form, if you use one

What you get back

  • Unit pricing by division and by unit
  • Squares of wall, linear feet of trim and openings counted
  • Inclusions and exclusions, line by line
  • Alternates priced separately when you ask
  • Assumptions listed, so nothing shows up later as a surprise

After award

Certificates of insurance go out first, naming you as additional insured when the contract calls for it. Then we lock the schedule with your super, set up staging and mobilize. Billing is bi-weekly by percent complete.
